Adequacio® will empower organizations and individuals to TAIM the Risk © caused by lies, deception, and false-claims through interruptive innovation in Data Mining and Veracity Probability Analytics technologies that empower organizations to determine whether to defend or settle contentious matters in 1/8 of the time for 1/3 of the cost.

Adequaio's social mission is to restore standards of professional conduct/ethics, lessen the economic and moral hazards of false-claims/statements to society, and transform “free” into “fair speech.”

The term “Disruptive Innovation “was defined and first analyzed by the American scholar Clayton M. Christensen and his collaborators beginning in 1995. I coined the term “interruptive innovation” to highlight Adequacio’s radical paradigm shift in "interrupting" false-claims allegations using TAIM methodologies.

03 / Executive Summary
Thomas Aquinas spoke of truth saying, "Veritas est adaequatio rei et intellectus" or "Truth is the equation [or adequation] of things and intellect." By formulating an algorithm to solve for truth, Mocha Media saw an opportunity to develop technologies to validate, invalidate, and score the integrity of written statements. Since 2006, Adequacio® has performed exceptionally well successfully defending approximately $1 billion-dollars in false-claims matters diffusing those incidents from causing permanent damage to the reputation of the organizations and individuals who were victims of false-allegations. Adequacio’s purpose is to mine for truth, manage accountability, and score statements mitigating risk defensively or offensively to resolve any dispute.
The Adequacio® API / PaaS employs proprietary Veracity-Probability-Analytics technologies (VPA ©) to mine written-statements, and tag syntax using a proprietary Graphical User Interface-Lexicon for Truth. Our GUILT © interface empowers analysts to rapidly identify and visualize Truthcycles® in statements. By graphing Truthcycles ©, analysts can efficiently manage false-statements using Adequacio’s advanced automated Truthcycles Analytics & Integrity Management© systems to TAIM the Risk® of a negative-business-experience.
Adequacio’s premiere product is called Truthcycle Analytics © which processes statements using Natural Language Processing technology (NLP), Machine Learning (ML), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to parse and query data against single-sources-of-truth databases (SSOT). Adequacio’s Truthcycle Visualizers® then allow analysts to quickly and visually identify and interact with the statements displaying data-tokens. Declaratory statements, therefore, can be deconstructed using Adequacio’s tools to score each statement by relevance and determine whether the data-tokens are provably-true (PROTU), provably-false (PROFA), or other.
This proposal represents our Series-A $7M investment business plan to build our API/PaaS to service our first business segment, 67K US Home Healthcare organizations directly, and in partnership with HRIS providers/VARs. Our goal is to ultimately service all Healthcare segments and expand to other industries strategically to restore integrity in communications, and provide technologies by which organizations can incentivize-individuals for being accurate and truthful in all written communications especially those aggravated by negative-business-experiences. As Adequacio® scales its core-systems our technology aspires to be interruptive to those seeking to gain advantage from lies, deception, and false claims.

5. Negative Business Experience (NBE), is a term that I derived from the economic term Negative Life Event. It refers to the socioeconomic impact of externalities to a person/entity when something bad happens to disrupt the economic status quo for that entity/person, and risks creating a diminishing effect economic state.
